David's Story
After high school I ended up in Toronto for a few years. Started out at the Royal York hotel and began cooking for a living. Eventually came back home to Windsor, but years travelling around the world until 2006 when St. Clair College offered me a position teaching. I've owned restaurants, good ones and bad ones - I take full credit and blame.

heatre. One of them is at Guelph in Animal Sciences, she wants to be a vet. The other is still in musical theatre, recently performing in on stage in Europe.
Although my travelling days are pretty much over, I still venture out once in a while. Just got back from teaching in Scotland at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine for a semester. Did it last year as well which was great because Tracey and I got to see Lyssa on stage at the Edinbugh Fringe Festival.
