David's Story
Life
Since graduating from Natchitoches Central High School in 1987, I've had a daughter (Meaghan) with my first wife in 1989, gained four wheels (I was paralyzed in a diving accident in 1989), and married my second/current wife (Robin) in 1997.
Currently, we alternate our time between Colorado and Louisiana. When I'm not working, I'm an amateur photographer (see Photos) and I fish.
College

law school where I gained a post-graduate degree in tax law (what can I say - I'm a nerd).
Workplace
During law school, I clerked for a couple of law professors and a law firm. Later, I practiced law with a firm in Louisiana for five years. Then, I taught tax law for a year at the University of Florida's law school.
Now, my wife has a seasonal job with the U.S. Forest Service in Colorado and I wanted to do something where we could move around during the year. So, I've been doing some freelance work for other attorneys and for a photographer in New Orleans and some freelance writing (with little talent and publication).
