See the gallery for something more recent. 2005 me: I have to admit, I'm still not sure what I'd like to be when I grow up...but I'm off to a good start. After years of moving around checking out different people and places, I've settled down in Chicago. I have a good job at a non-profit professional association that I like very much, though I tend to work harder than I probably ought to. I get to travel to different places several times a year for work and really enjoy that part of the job. I've been seeing a very nice, slightly crazy fellow for the last year and half. He makes me very happy My son is now 7 years old and doing great in 2nd grade in North Carolina with his mom. He's been taking guitar lessons and just got his first pair of "heelies" (those shoes with the little wheels that pop out...I know, I had to ask too!) and loves life.
