One of David's favorite quotes is:""It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye".". More about David:"I am a Real Estate Realtor/Broker/Salesman licensed in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have been selling real estate full time for over 23 years. I love the people I meet! I feel very fortunate to have a high level of trust placed in me and I do not let my clients down. I also am a very good friend. I am honest to a fault! I am proud of who I am and my achievements. I moved to Las Vegas in 1985 from Hollywood, California where I had studied theater at Lee Strausberg Theater Institute and attended Hollywood Professional School with such notables as Brenda Smith "Sunshine" Cole, (Laura) Mackenzie Phillips, Val Kilmer, Leif Garrett, Todd Bridges, twins David & Andy Williams and many other talanted dancers, skaters, singers, actors and actresses. My close friends in school were Abby Benaji, Carol Smallcomb, Susie Jacoby (I adored her and wonder whatever happened to her!?!) and especially Brenda and Mackenzie. I lost touch with Brenda for 32 years but reconnected for New Years 2010/2011. She is still just as wonderful and beautiful. I stayed connected with Laura Mackenzie Phillips for many years after school but fell out of touch recently as friends sometimes do. I still love her dearly and she too is still wonderful and beautiful. She has one of the most wonderful and genuine personality of anyone I've ever met. She also has a photogenic memory. I'll bet you didn't know that, did you? Both Brenda & Mackenzie are both lots of fun to be with. I also attended Verona Arts Theater Studio with notables as The Harletts and interestingly, Maureen Reagan who was daughter of The President Of The US. I admired her greatly and her views as well. She is now passed on. I had run away to Hollywood like many teenagers do in 1975 when I was 15 from Lehi, Utah. I knew no-one in Hollywood and I was on the streets trying to survive. My mother Valerie "Suzy" Dahl died when I was 15. I met my father Jon Harold Dalton once when I was 7 years old at the VA Hospital where he was staying. I've had a father for 10 minutes and a mother for 15 years. She died at 37 in 1975. She was my best friend. A man named Charles De La Barra who I met at Will Rogers Beach in Santa M...Expand for more
onica felt sorry for me and took me in and helped me get my life back on track. He helped me go to school and showed me the world! Great man! He passed away in 1982 at the age of 50. My home life in Lehi, Utah was warm and loving despite being very poor. My mother was a waitress and married and divorced several times. We lived in an old home called "The Heron Home" built in 1887 at 564 W. Main Street, Lehi, Utah 84043. It had secret passageways! It was furnished with old antiques and had the best sunny and bright kitchen where mom would whistle as she worked like a beautiful canary while she did dishes. She had a wonderful voice and could have been a great singer. I believe I have an excellent ear for talent to this day from listening to her singing and hope to accent my real estate career by managing talent like singers Brenda Sunshine Smith or someone like Kevin Skinner! Hey, I've been around talented people all my life. Why not? I can do it too! I have complete confidence. If I can sell real estate then I most certainly can sell talent! I have one brother Guy Dalton in Salt Lake City married to a talented and funny singer Kristin Merrill of the Saliva Sister's (check her out on YouTube) and he is the family archivist and really fine junk collector. I say this because although he may be a pack rat - it's really interesting stuff! He could open a museum with all his collections. Only my brother can find someting like Julie Andrews personal photo albums in the trash. (Yes- he really did find that)! Guy just gets better with age. We are alike in many ways and we are both workaholics. I have a sister Darlene Dahl who lives in San Juan Capistrano. Darlene is effervecent, enthusiastic and bubbly. She recently had breast cancer and is a survivor. She is very optomistic. Darlene left home at 14 but like me....someone was watching over her. She grew up in the old Bette Davis home in Laguna Beach on Ocean & Diamond Way. I believe it was 1991 Ocean Way in Laguna. The Demeno family took her in. They are absolutely great. Darlene is lucky to be blessed with two families. I'm sure Darlene has a few memories of mom. We all have memories from our childhood but Darlene was only 7 when Mom died. Darlene sat on my lap at her funeral. She did not cry. I wonder if she ever did? I did not cry either as I was in shock. Weeks later after it was over, I broke down and sobbed uncontrollably. We also have another sister we have never met as she was adopted shortly after birth. I believe it was 1964. My mother loved her dearly but was single and wanted to give her a good life that she felt she would not be able to provide as she was not married I guess. She would be around 47 in 2011 and if you are an adopted female born in Salt Lake City around 1964, I would love to meet you!".
