I am a avid road bike rider yet and ride from 10 to 25 miles at a time. I have done 2 centuries {100} miles. Ridden over 3000 miles in a year.
Was an active weight lifter while in Lansing. Still work out but not as hard or as often.
Enjoy hiking on the many trails in the Rocky Mountain areas. Beautiful wild flowers and scenery. Have only done 2 fourteeners.
I gave up skiing a few years ago.
I have white water rafted down the Arkansas River several times with kids ,grand kids and friends. Lots of fun!!
Between my wife Patti and I,we have 9 kids. Me 5 and her 4.
We have 17 grand children and 3 great grand children. They are stretched from Michigan to Iowa to Texas to Colorado. Lots of time for more great grand kids.
Enjoy planting flowers and caring for them.
Played sax in high school and in dance bands while in school and a short time after graduating.
