David's Story
After graduating in '79, I joined the Air Force. I spent 4 years on active duty in the dental clinic at Williams Air Force base in Arizona as a hygienist and oral surgery tech. I spent the next 10 years or so with the reserves and attending Arizona State University where I studied Interpersonal Communication but never finished. I was called back to active duty and was on the forensics team during Desert Storm during that time. I tought dental assistants in Denver and just recently worked with the VA here in Cleveland. I now spend most of my time traveling and photographing. I am writing a book about bars and taverns in America.

ife Judy with wich we have been married 22 years. I have 2 sons, Nick, 25 with my first wife and Anthony, 18 with Judy. Nick is a finish carpenter with Kaiser Permanente in Southern California and his wife Lesley finished her studies at Loma Linda Medical School in Physical Therapy. They have 2 sons. Yes, I am a grandpa! Anthony will be graduating this year 2008 and will be going on to play NCAA Division II baseball with Lake Erie College in Painesville Ohio as a second baseman while he studies Sport Management.
Well, I just found out this morning, 3-8-08, that I am going to be a grandfather again- grandbaby #3 with the oldest. Lesley is going to have her hands full! 2 years, 8 months and one on the way..
