David's Story
Life
Went to Roosevelt K trhu 6th, Then the family moved to Galena, Missouri. Came back for the 2nd Sem. 7th grade at Wilson JH, Back to Missouri for 1st Sem 8th grade at Reeds Springs. Came back to CB for 2nd Sem 8th grade at Longfellow JH. Again back to Missouri in a town called AVA where I attend Ava HS 9th 10th and 11th grades. Decided I wanted to graduate back home at TJ so I moved in with my dad. My senior year was pretty relaxed because of credits from Ava High School, I only needed to take two classes - art and accounting and of course PE.. I think I went in at 8 and left at 11 every day. So I missed out on a lot of activities - like class photos and my senior pic, as well as rebu...Expand for more

After graduating TJHS in Co Bluffs - I went to college and in 1984 joined the Army. Feb 86 got together with Shelly Gibbons (TJ 81') and in Sep 87 we were married and still going strong! Had 3 children - Joshua in 88 who we lost at birth, Courtney in 90 (Graduated at TJ 2008) she now lives in Boerne, TX and Kaitlin in 99' a graduate of TJ in 17 and now living in Texas with her sister.I retired from the Army Reserves Apr 08 at 24 yrs, 2 mon, and 2 days.
