I am a US Army Cavalry Scout/Recon Veteran, and Certified Oregon State Firefighter. A protector of the Bill of Rights, a champion of foreword thinking, the environment and man-kind. Am an avid outdoors-man; I love to ski, surf, skateboard and throwing the Frisbee. I go hiking, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, climbing and also like repelling, mountaineering, and camping. I love playing and like to watch college and professional football (Buffalo Bills). When I was stationed in Germany with the Army, I belonged to a rally Club, and used to race my 1971 BMW 2002.
I enjoyed 28 years working as a carpenter & construction professional; building everything from US banks and Motel 6's, to custom log homes in Japan.
I have a love for photography and film production. Ski and Snowboard film is my passion, some of my work has appeared in news/magazine print, and several feature films.
I enjoy cultural and world history.
Music has always been a big part of my life; been a roady, a band manager, and music critic for the Malibu Times, going backstage and doing write-ups on Waylon Jennings, The Judds, Alabama, Steve Miller, Jerry Garcia, the Dead and many more. Have seen most all the classic rock bands, including well over 267 Grateful Dead shows nation wide.".
