I currently live about a quarter mile from the ocean in Jupiter, FL. oing to plays and concerts (everything from classical to country), and relatively short trips in the RV. The RV was a blessing last year in the hurricanes. Lived in it while the power was out. No damage to the house, other than trees down, but no power for a while. So had RV based A/C, laundry, TV, shower, etc., for a couple weeks.
