David's Story
I am returning to Federal prison for my third and fourth felony convictions for fraud. I may not live long enough to ever get out of prison this time. I have one divorce (so far) and numerous bankruptcies (so far) under my belt. I had a house but lost it in foreclosure for not paying the mortgage for many years. Most recently, I have been sued by a mechanic for not paying him to fix my car and also for storage of the jalopy. I am also a defendant in a civil lawsuit brought by the SEC for illegal stock deals. So life is complex right now, but once I get back in prison I can forget about all this and relax with all my needs taken care of. It is hard to live on the outside when you are broke and lazy. llection agencies and creditors pound sand. My brother, Jeff, moved back to Portland, ME after testifying against me at my most recent criminal trial. He ratted me out to save his own skin, what a great brother. I will be self-surrendering to Federal prison in late summer or autumn 2025, in time to celebrate my 60th birthday (October 13) with my new fellow prisoners.
