David's Story
Life
I have 2 children, Anna and David. David is a senior VP with Wells Fargo and Anna teaches in Orlando. Anna and her husband gave us our 2 granddaughters. After graduating Atlantic Christian College(now Barton). I taught for 3 years in Williamsburg, VA. Then I became a pilot in the navy. I was stationed in Pensacola; San Diego; Honolulu; Japan; and Jacksonville, FL; and Norfolk. I retired from that adventure in 1992. After that I taught math and coached tennis in Virginia Beach, VA. I retired in 2010 and moved to Mount Dora, FL.
College
I got my MBA from Chaminade University in Honolulu while I was stationed there for 6 years. Tough assignment!!

Workplace
1968-71, Junior high math teacher. 1971-92, Fixed wing and helicopter pilot in the navy. 1992-2010, High school math teacher(Probability/statistics, trigonometry, algebra, and geometry) and boys/girls tennis coach.
Military,
1971-92: I went through flight training in Pensacola, FL. In the fleet I flew a helicopter from small combatant ships and conducted antisubmarine/antiship operations as well as search and rescue, gunfire spotting, and any other traditional helicopter missions. On my shore duty tours I flew the C-12( military version of a King Air) and T-28. I was in Desert Storm as a department head on the aircraft carrier USS America.
