David's Story
After Bedford High, I went to UMass and graduated four years later with a commission in the Air Force. I spent two years in California learning to navigate aircraft. Then, after getting my wings, I also got married to my college sweetheart and moved to Shreveport, Louisiana flying KC-135s. 4-year tour exploring southeast Asia. Just as I was leaving the Air Force, a baby girl was added to our family and we transitioned into civilian life. We now live in Southern Maryland, working with the Navy and enjoying life in a rural town along the Chesapeake Bay. Our plan is to finally settle down and stay here at least until our daughter goes off to college.
