David's Story
Hey friends,
Hope life is treating you kindly. After graduating from BCHS, I got a BA in English (Writing/Communication) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. I worked at Bishop Connolly from 1991-1995 in Admissions/Public Relations/Development. I then worked at Stream International doing tech support for Windows 3.1 and DOS 6.22. Since 1996, I've worked in various positions in the Alamance-Burlington School System in North Carolina...as district webmaster; the technology manager for Human Resources and Finance; and the help desk technician for the district/central office technician.
In 1996, I got married to the love of my life and my best friend, Kristen, and moved to North Carolina. We've lived in Burlington, NC since then. We enjoy traveling; playing board games with friends; and seeing concerts, comedians and Broadway shows. We have two dogs who keep us busy.
I directed a choir at Blessed Sacrament Church from 1998-2013, and even wrote a "Gloria." How about that, Mr. Crowley? (Tried to post a link to that, but they don't al...Expand for more

I'm still playing guitar and singing. Hoping to do some coffee houses around here when I retire.
Just so you all know, I've sent off my yearbooks from 1983-1986 to this site so they'll be digitized. They should appear online by October 2023 according to Classmates.com. After I heard they were closing Connolly, I was hoping to get all of the available yearbooks posted on this site. The contact at the school indicated that copies will be located in the Fall River Historical Society, and initially there were no plans to digitize them. I convinced them to get them up on classmates.com for historical/genealogical/nostalgia purposes. Since I am out of state, my brother, Jim (BCHS ‘74 and teacher/recruitment & pr director at BCHS for many years) assisted me with getting these to classmates.com and getting them online! I don’t have a timeline for when they will appear, but 1970-2016 have been sent to the company. (They will not accept anything newer at this time, but I will send 2017-23 when they allow those to be submitted.)
