David's Story
Here's my quick and dirty story:
I ended College doing a semester in LA, and realizing that doing films was not the life I wanted at that time (for me or my girlfriend at the time, who a couple of years later became my wife). Since I had done theatrical lighting in college, I looked into that, and got a job with a theatrical lighting and rigging company in MA. That lasted 4 years, at which time I moved on to a theatrical rigging, theatrical curtains, and cinema screen and curtains company. I do...Expand for more
project management, estimating, IT, CAD, and multiple other things which keeps me interested and busy. I also do theatrical lighting design and website design on the side.
My son was born in July of 07, and he keeps me more busy than I ever thought possible. Busy, but happy.
My wife does cancer research, and works in Cambridge MA while I work in South Boston.
