David's Story
Well, nothing exceptional, just an average crappy life, LOL
I spent 10 years in the Army. Stationed in Pirmasens twice, Ft. Huachuca, and ended in 101st Airborne Division.
From there, I started a business, Precision Machine Service. I did machine work on engines (obviously), but also did custom work. I also did work for a local (Sierra Vista) racing team, and got my business name on the side of the car.
After 5 years, unfortunate circumstances (which I got rid of a few years later) took me to Colorado, causing me to close my business. I spent 1 year there working as a mechanic, but it was WAY TOO cold, and other things were really coming to a head, so I packed my truck, loaded up the car, and left for Florida.
Ahhhh the heat is once again great..... Fun and Sun.
I Lived for a year on the beach (barrier Island), and finished getting rid of my problem. Oh yea, I also worked at Nokia...Expand for more
repairing cell phones. The work is suprisingly cleaner. Well, after working there for 5 years, they closed after the hurricanes of 04' because we could not catch up.
I then went to another company called SkyCross working as a RF Technician. We design and build very small antennas that fit into cell phones, laptops, or whatever else a customer might need. It is excellent work, and you get to actually use your brain. You get to think and make decisions in the projects, and your input is welcome.
I am also working on my Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), and have just completed the first half, getting my Associates first. Only 11 more classes to go, but they are the hard ones though.
