David's Story
Life
After graduation, I attended PCC for a semester, then UWF a semester. Joined the Army Reserves in '85. Got married in '86. Divorced in '88 (no children). Started working for Dept. of Defense in '87. Was in an 8 year relationship from '88 - '96. Decided to have a house built in '99. Resigned from DoD in April 2004. d's health was not well. Accepted a job with DoD again in October 2005 working for Department of Defense Education Activity. I then went back began working for Department of the Army, HQ at the Pentagon until my father passed in 2013. I was able to retire under an early out (VERA/VSIP) May 2013. In order to take care of my mom in Chattanooga whom was dealing with kidney failure until her passing in December 2018. I now reside in St. Petersburg, FL.
