David's Story
Hello everyone, I recently came across this class photograph of my father David Mccracken Ramsay.
He was born 1st May 1922 in Dundee Scotland and emigrated to Harvey
Illinois in 1924, I only gleamed some titbits of his time in the U.S.A as he went back to Scotland in 1936.
He joined the Royal Air Force and served for 31 year...Expand for more

In the photograph he is bottom row on the right.
Sadly he passed away at the age of 91
peacefully in his sleep.
That short time in the states was a very special time for him and he did have quite a few tales that he used to tell me.
