David's Story
Life
I was married and later divorced while stationed in Arkansas. My son lives there with his mother, who remarried and had more children. He and I usually vacation in Wisconsin, spending time with friends and family. I look forward to retiring from the Air Force sometime in the next two years, after which I'll likely move back to Wisconsin to settle down and help care for my father. Remember, I'm in the phone book under Valdosta, Georgia.
Military
Currently serving my 21st year in the Air Force, stationed at Mood...Expand for more
y AFB, Georgia. Recently moved work location from Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, where I worked as the lead Electrical and Environmental Systems Technician, then served as Specialist Expediter (oversaw specialist maintenance), and finally a couple years as Unit Deployment Manager. I now serve as the Maintenance Group (roughly 2400 personnel) Security Manager, Manpower NCOIC, and as an alternate Deployment Manager, Facilities and Environmental Manager, and Vehicle NCOIC. They keep me plenty busy. I plan to retire in 2009.
