David's Story

Life After moving from Elwood, Kansas in 1964 to Long Beach, California, I was graduated from Jordan High School. After graduation I went to work as a weldor's apprentice at the Long Beach Naval Shipyard. I was also a weldor in the United States Air Force from 1967-71. My wife and I lived in England for a year during that enlistment. After discharge I obtained my Associates degree in welding from Long Beach City College and started teaching welding at the prison on Terminal Island, which is between Long Beach and San Pedro in the Los Angles Harbor. After the divorce I moved to Texas and welded in the refineries. In Texas I studied massage therapy as a means of having extra income. Now living at 9001 Conde Lane #47, Winds...Expand for more
or, California 95492, where everything is grape growing and wine production. In addition to massage I now do hypnotherapy which is like psychological counseling using hypnosis to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I have two beautiful children, boy and girl, and one granddaughter. They all live in Southern California. I have been blessed to experience a lot of the country and many different people at the expense of haveing a stable home life. My current interests include guitar music, working out, hypnotherapy, and email. Short range goals include learning to use the stock market, learn more guitar music and singing, and make new friends. Long range goals of course include a working retirement and defining oxymoron.
