David's Story

After high school, I attended the U of Toronto. I graduated in 1978. I then entered seminary and graduated from the Anglican college in Saskatoon in 1981. In September 1981, I was ordained deacon at my home church of St.Peter's. Scarborough. I was posted to Christ Church, Belleville, Ontario, in the Diocese of Ontario. I was priested in October in 1982. In December 1983, I moved to Frankville, Ontario. In April 1984, Lynn joined me as my wife. After five wonderful years we move to the parish in Sydenham, Ontario Later, we served the parish in Athens. l town. Then in the summer of 2005, we moved to St. Andrew's York. Thus we remained in the Diocese of Central Pennsylvania. Throughout the years, many fine people have crossed our paths. Along the way, I completed addition degrees in theology and adult education. These greatly enhanced my ministry. Our son John is weaving his way through life!. Despite life's up's and down's I contend that life is what you make of it - and believe life is good and that one choses to have a positive or negative attitude. While not overtly "religious," I affirm we hold spirituality as our core! Retired on long-term disability In June 2017 and moved to belleville, Ontario Write me, I will respond.
