Life
I spent most of my adult life as a TV news anchor. Since high school I have also been a college student, a soldier (Vietnam was a life-changing experience, surprisingly positive), a Congressional staffer, and a state senator. I've lived lots of places but always came back to Montana--and eventually home to Billings, where I've been for the past 30 years. One w...Expand for more
ife (39 years on 4/17/10), one grown son, and two grandchildren. I happily retired 4/15/06. Except for filling in for vacationing broadcasters about six weeks a year, I now spend my days with golf, reading, spiritual pursuits and volunteer work for a couple of local non-profit organizations. I still can't quite believe I'm as old as all my official papers say I am.
