David's Story
Life
Graduated from Clarendon High school in 1999. Joined the Navy right out of High school. I reported to the USS Hopper (DDG 70) in Pearl Harbor, HI in Dec 1999. Since reporting to the USS Hopper I have been around the world twice, and experienced alot.I just transfered from the USS Hopper (DDG 70) in June 2004, and Transient Personnel Unit in Yokosuka, Japan until 2007. Military
I joined the US Navy in June of 1999 as a Deck Seaman. I have been stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawai'i onboard the great USS HOPPER (DDG 70) from Dec 31, 1999-June 26, 2004. I cross rated to Operations Specialist in 2001. While onboard the USS HOPPER I did 2 6 month Deployments in the Arabian Gulf. 1 in 2000 and the onther in 2002. I just left Fleet Activities in Yokosuka, Japan at Transient Personnel Unit. I reported July 31, 2004. I am stationed on the USS Ford (FFG 54) in Everett, WA.
