David's Story

After marrying Suzy Allen (TJHS '61), I played football AND graduated from West Texas State University with a B.S. in Geology in August 1965. I went to work in the oil business in Hobbs, N.M. and then Midland, TX. In 1968, we went overseas and lived in Venezuela, Angola, Trinidad, France, Iran, Argentina, Dubai, England and Indo...Expand for more
nesia. In 1996, I retired from Schlumberger after 30 years. We moved back to San Antonio in September, 1996. We have two daughters and seven grandchildren. One daughter lives in Tahoe City, CA with her husband and three of our grandkids and the other daughter lives in Katy, TX with her husband and the other four of our grandkids.

Just returned from the Anaco/San Tome (Venezuela) Reunion in Austin.  So many great memories and now, such a bad situation! Please let Venezuela return to "normal"!!
Great visit with old DS friends from 42 years ago.  Rick and I worked in Ahwaz, Iran together.  We met Irene in Bolivia when she married Rick Needoba.  What memories!
