David's Story
Life
It's been a long strange trip no doubt. . . I moved to Kansas lived there forever it seems. While I was there I started working construction. Then I decided that construction wasn't a way to provide for my girl as much as I would like to, so I moved back to Colorado, got my Associates Degree in Computer Drafting and Design. I was working for a prominent engineering firm in DTC area. Now since that is done, I am pursuing my engineering degree. Got that done, now I am a transmission engineer for a consulting firm.I couldn't stand being away from my little one, so I took a good job back in Kansas. everyone thought I would be some sort of jail bird, I knew I wasn't on a good road. That's the funny thing about life though, it's a constant learning experience. Some things are worth doing again other things aren't worth doing in the first place 🤣. Oh yeah I have had some of my writing published as well, nothing too extravagent, but REALLY AWESOME just the same. I sometimes wish I would have continued my education sooner, but I guess later is better than never. I think from high school A LOT has changed it's amazing how much when you look back.
