Life I guess I should at least have a brief bio so as to jog a memory or two since I, like so many others, am a military brat who also became a military man. I was born in Harlem, NY during the first Subway Series while my father was overseas in the Orient. When my fathered returned home he was reassigned to California and of course moved my mother, big sister and I also. Between 1956 and 1965 we moved throughout Cali before eventually moving back home (Bed-Sty Brooklyn)while Pops was in Vietnam. When his tour was up, Pops received orders to Cape Canaveral, Florida and we were introduced to "I Dream of Jeannie" and "Lost in Space" Although I attended Patrick AFB Elementary and 8th Grade at Delaura, I didn't finish at Satellite but moved south to Key West and graduated in 1974. I entered the U.S. Navy that summer and became a Hospital Corpsman, married in 1985 and am the father of three sons (24,22 and 20). After retiring in 1994 (Camp Lejeune NC), my family and I moved to Atlanta where I entered Morehouse College in 1996 - I'm about a year short of my degree - priorities changed. I currently live in Selbyville, Delaware with my wife, Dorothea, who is in management with Harris-Teeter (grocery chain) and is as cliche is, THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME!!! My fondest memories are those of going down to the beach or to the cape to watch many of the Apollo missions being launched and skimming/body surfing along the beach across A1A.
