Hobbies
Martial Arts (I have no pretentious notions about this, I find it to be a more interesting form of exercise then jogging! Watching paint dry is more interesting then jogging!)
Not really doing much in martial arts anymore. Was doing another Chinese Internal Kung Fu called Bagua., but the school closed.
Back dabbling in karate again
I try to stay in shape doing weight-lifting
Trying to do a consistent jogging routine ( I still hate jogging!)
Cutting back on traveling
Retirement is starting to appear on the horizon. I haven't decided what's next. I can't imagine me sitting around doing nothing and getting old. You get old anyway so you might as well do something interesting.
That's all for now
