David's Story
Life
Well, It's been awhile since I have spoken to anyone, but this is what I have been up to. After graduation, I joined the Marine Corps and was a Marine Security Guard aboard the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt. While on board I was part of the Desert Storm invasion. Then, I was stationed at Camp Lejeune with 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines, Charlie Company, 1st Platoon. With 1/2, I got to go aboard the USS Wasp. During that trip, I went to Somalia for Operation Restore Hope and I was jumping out of helicopters. What a great rush! left the Marines to go to College. I attended East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. I earned my degree in Communication Arts / Graphic Design. I had a great time. Since graduation, I have moved to Charlotte, NC and work with a Design Consulting company. We design College Athletic Halls of Fame and their other facilities for Basketball and Football. Maybe some of you have seen our work. I have worked with the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), North Carolina (UNC), NC State, Wake Forest, Virginia (UVA),Virginia Tech, Boston College, Penn State, Connecticut (UCONN) and Syracuse.
