Dawn's Story

My married name is Hitt and I have been married for 17 years, a teacher of 16 years and a mother of 2 daughters ages 16 and 13. After high school graduation I went to community college in Dallas and was a theatre and dance major for 2 years then I transferred to Texas Women's University in Denton ...Expand for more
and completed my BS in Education in 1990. I met Jay in 1985 right after graduation. We dated for 6 years then got married and have been married ever since. He is a guitar player in a rock band and I am a Kindergarten teacher. I am currently getting my master's degree in Educational Administration.
