Dawn's Story
My confession: I registered here only to peek and see who was here and catch up on what people are doing. But it looks like a lot of you did the same. So, I'm jumping in and adding some pictures and a little to read and hope that others will add some more to their profile as well.
I am an elementary school counselor in a small rural district about an hour from where I live. I've been at the same school for the last *gulp* 16 years!
When I'm not at work, my three boys keep me more than busy. I have a 14 year old who will be starting high school himself next year, a 9 year old and a 3 year old.
My kids are musically inclined just like their mom was. My oldest plays sopr...Expand for more
ano and tenor sax and is about to have a spring concert in which he has a lead solo in one of the songs. He also plays the piano. My 9 year old plays the guitar and his most recent recital featured him doing some of the melodies from Free Bird and also a pretty impressive blues riff.
We love going to concerts together. We've seen John Mayer at Summerfest and in Madison and Kenny G at the Riverside. Our next upcoming event is Jason Mraz and we're pretty excited.
I've posted some pictures of our Corgi, Percy whom we got last summer, along with one of our old girl Princess, who we had for 16 great years. I look forward to reading and seeing more about you and yours.
