Life I moved to Worcester and attended Quinsigamond Community and Worcester State Colleges after high school. Then, I undertook graduate studies in psychology at Harvard University Extension School. While studying and in the years that followed before I left the States, I volunteered my time to organize and/or work on several projects related to domestic violence prevention, child assault prevention, the homeless, the needy and the mentally challenged. I worked at UMASS Medical School for six years as a Research Associate in the Forensic Psychiatry Department where I worked on a Risk Assessment Study related to violence in the mentally ill population. After the study was completed, I worked for two years as an Emergency Clinician for a mental health agency. They say being over 40 is "over the hill" but I feel the best of life has just begun.
