Life I worked after graduating. I went to Katherine Gibbs in 1993 and graduated from their one-year Executive Assistent Program. Since then I have been working in Cambridge (our company recently moved to Medford - 2005) for a Structural Engineering firm. I have an 15-year old niece and a 10-year old nephew (written 2004) (my ex-sister-in-law is a fellow classmate). I got married in June of 2000 and I am a step-mother of one son (he happens to be a year younger than I) and step-gradmother of two (one boy - seven years and one girl - four years - written 2004). I now live in Medford, MA with my husband. I am also practicing Wicca (Witchcraft). Update April 2008: Since our last reunion, my life hit a rough patch. I was diagnosed with kidney stones in 2005 and had at least six different procedures in an effort to remove the stones and save my left kidney. Unfortunately it was all in vain and I lost my kidney Nov. 2006. Upon returning to work, I was informed that they were eliminating my position as business had dried up enough that they couldn't afford to keep me. So I was unemployed in Jan. 2007. Then in April 2007 my mother-in-law passed away from lung cancer. I finally was able to find a job, unfortunately it was back in retail at a local T.J. Maxx in Oct. 2007. Having not worked in retail for 14 years I had forgotton how hard you had to work, the rude customers, and the extremely low pay. And now this past March, my father-in-law passed away from a heart attack. Meanwhile, my mother has been dealing with some major health issues and my father went in for knee replacement surgery before the holidays and had a heart attack while still in the hospital during his recovery. Thankfully he is back on his feet and on the road to a full recovery. As to the job market, I finally found a position at MIT in their Facilities Department. Right now I am just a temp, but there is a possibility of it becoming a permanent position. So it look...Expand for more
