Dean's Story
5 years in Eugene at U of O. Bachelor's degree with a minor. Split for SF. Worked retail and did the playwright thing for a couple years. Wrote a bunch of plays in SF and Seattle; won several awards. Published a few short stories. Political activism. Met The Right One. Moved into high tech starting in the mail room, then to Educational Services and Training Coordination. Married in 2000. ing and pursuing Master's in Education. Won West Coast version of "Ultimate Film Fanatic" and national runner-up. Wrote three screenplays currently floating around Hollywood somewhere. Lost Mom same week I bought house in Oregon summer 2005. Moved back to Oregon. Graduated 2008 with 4.0, MEd, and looking for a job. Still brainstorming script ideas for plays and screenplays and a teen novel to work on. Keeping busy. Glad to hear from anyone who says "hey."
