Kelly's Story

Kelly is from Anniston, Alabama. He is married. His schools include Anniston High School, Saks Junior High School, Wellborn High School, Munford Middle School, Eulaton Elementary School, and Mechanicsville Elementary School. He joined the USAF in Jan 1959 and spent his first four year enlistment at Eglin AFB, FL. He married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Ann Keel on 22 July 1960. sion in Oct 1973. He retired from active duty in Nov 1983 and was hired by the USAF in May 1984. He subsequently spent 29 years as a civilian criminal investigator with the USAF Office of Special Investigations. He completed a master's degree in May 1984. In late 2013 Kelly's book, "Forensic Interviewing for Law Enforcement", went to press and has proven to be a great seller for criminal investigators, both public and private. Kelly and is bride, Barbara Ann, have been married for over 53 years. They both are now retired.
