Dean's Story
I always wanted to be a lawyer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a interesting idea. As it turns out, they were right.
my problem was that The realities of the legal profeesion aren't the same as the lawyer shows on TV, but I didn't figure that out until I went to U.W. in 1974.
If I won $100 million, I'd give half of it to various charities, then spend the rest on family , travel and education.

I share my home with 3 adult children, which I find wonderful.
In 10 years, I hope to be alive. I'm going to get there by taking better care of me.
Gary Kahn and I met in 3rd grade at West Woodland. Had same teachers in 3rd & 4th grades. He moved and we lost touch until Ballard. Both involved in Band at Ballard and later at U. W.
My first job was at Ballard Hospital, where I got paid $2.27/hr. to wash dishes. What I remember most about it is finding somebody's teeth on a trtay coming back down from a patient.
