Dean's Story

Life Community and Personal Dean grew up the son of a 20-year Air Force veteran. His family lived all over the U.S. and in England and Japan. The family settled in Arizona in 1972. When Dean was 22 years old he lost his four-month-old son to viral meningitis. His loss began 20+ years of giving help and encouragement to other parents who have lost children. Mr. Synan has been married for ten years to his wife Catherine and they have two sons, Devan, seven, and Dillan, 2 years. Mr. Synan has served in leadership and membership roles with business networking and community service groups, including the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix (Executive of the year 1995), the Arizona Business Alliance, the Metropolitan Association of Business Executives, Phoenix West Rotary Club, The 100 Club (President 2003) and Finding Business Interest (Founder). Dean is also very generous with his time, services and financial support to many other community and faith based groups, including: Presidential Prayer Team (Founder), Promise Keepers, Governors Prayer Breakfast, First Christian Church, Jesus Film, Maggie's Place, Andre House, The 100 Club, The Compassionate Friends, MISS Foundation, Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, Maricopa County Fair and the Phoenix Children's Hospital. He is currently serving as chair of the Advanced Planning Team for a Promise Keepers major event scheduled for October 2006 at the Glendale, AZ Arena. Founder of “The 1”. Business Dean Synan started his career in the mailing industry in 1976. In 1996, Mr. Synan founded Dean's Mailing & List Services and Central Information Agency. Dean's Mailing & List Services provides mailing lists, mailing services and computer services to all types of businesses in Arizona and throughout the U.S. In 1999, Dean purchased the assets of Marketron, a provider of homeowner information and real estate sales reports since 1956. Marketron sells new homeowner reports, appraiser comparative information and other real estate transaction data. Marketron supplies Arizona homeowner information to real estate appraisers, the direct mail industry and other commercial businesses. In 2001, Synan founded Infocom, a compiler of real estate transactions, including Phoenix area home sales. Infocom supplies data to Marketron and other companies that need to reach new homeowners as quickly as possible. Infocom also supplies information for analysis. The four companies are vertically integrated. Infocom supplies raw data to Marketron and Marketron supplies customized mailing lists and new homeowner reports to Dean's Mailing. Workplace Dean Synan joined the 100 Club in 1995 after a ride along with a Sheriff's Deputy and the realization of the risks officers face as an ordinary part of their day. Mr. Synan became member of the board in 1996. Dean is the owner and CEO of Dean's Mailing and Central Information Agency. He is also an owner of two other marketing information companies, Marketron and Infocom and one other unrelated business. Mr. Synan has been serving the Greater Phoenix area with direct marketing information and mailing services since 1976. Mr. Synan has also served in leadership and membership roles with business networking and community service groups, including the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix (Executive of the year 1995), the Arizona Business Alliance, the Metropolitan Association of Business Executives, FBI and Phoenix West Rotary Club. He was instrumental in gathering support for a change in mission to grow the group's membership and the generosity of benefits to survivors. Dean has personally recruited at least 100 new 100 Club members and has worked to help the 100 Club of Arizona to network with other strong clubs across the country. Current Passion is to get people to a Healing Service and watch GOD heal them and it changes their lives for the good! Some even accept Jesus Christ as they see what only GOD can do!
