Deanna's Story
Living in Olympia, WA. I work as a Web Store Manager for a skateboard/snowboard shop. I also work part time as a wilderness educator (teaching kids how to build primitive shelters, and make fire by rubbing sticks together, and track wild animals, etc.). In the process of starting my own business combining knitting and nature routines.
My partner and I are in the process of applying for the Peace Corps. The process takes about a year. If we don't get accepted, then I'm going to get a dog and teach it to do Search and Rescue work. And ...Expand for more
I'll also go back to school and get my Master's in Teaching so I can get paid more for doing what I love (teaching folks about wilderness and connecting them with nature).
