DeAnne's Story
Life
Well, I am married to Ryan LeBlanc and we have a 16 month old little girl named Chloe Ashlyn. She is an absolute joy to us and we are ready to start working on #2 soon! I got my BA in English Literature in '02 from Anderson University in Indiana. My senior year, I got an e-mail from Ryan through Classmates.com and we started corresponding. We met for lunch and two weeks later we were engaged! He designed the engagement ring and had it custom made for me! (too sweet!!) We were engaged for a year and then married on April 12, 2003. I moved to St. Louis and got a job as a pre-school teacher. We got pregnant 8 months later (a pleasant surprise!) I am now a stay at home mommy and I love it! We found a great church called Grace St. Louis and we are really involved in a group called Parents With Young Children.
Ryan is doing great - working at Technology Partners - the biggest consulting firm in the mid-west. He is the Manager of Project Development and he is very excited about his future. I have to say here to some of the administration and teachers at CCA who told him he would never ...Expand for more
do anything with his life but flip burgers, they were quite mistaken. Ryan owned his own company at the age of 19-23 as a web developer and programmer and did very well for himself. He then landed an awesome job at Solutia - a fortune 500 company here in St. Louis and worked there for several years when he decided to join ventures with another company and have his own business again. He was the Vice president and CEO of Vivid Sites and has since connected Vivid Sites with Technology Partners in a big business deal. It's fun to see where the Lord keeps taking us. Ryan loves his job and that is so rare to get to go do something everyday that you are passionate about. His favorite things are collecting DVD's (He has around 500!!) and cooking. I am really into scrapbooking lately and am thinking about starting my own business as a Creative Memories consultant in the near future! Well, that's about our life right now. Hope to hear from some of ya'll soon! :)
