Life This is my second life...I've been married for 34 years to Lyn Doudiet. I think we got it right this time around!!! We live on an acreage in Alberta (close to Edmonton) and both work in Edmonton - well, since March I've been working from home and the university isn't expected to have the admin staff back on campus until early 2021 but technically my job is based in Edmonton. My 30 second commute to my desk is a welcome change!. We have a barn full of critters (Mini donkey, pygmy goats & Barbadoes blackbellied sheep )2 Meramma/Great Pyrenese/Akbash cross livestock guardians who live at the barn with the critters ...as well as a darling little pekapug and 6 cats. Our sons are grown and on their own so the four legged critters are our kids. Life is good. We took up scuba diving in 2007 and try to make an effort to make at least one tropical dive trip per year. So far we have stuck to the Caribbean but one day we plan to go further outside our comfort zone. Lyn is still playing hockey occasionally (oldtimers now ha ha) and I finally gave up volleyball a few seasons ag...Expand for more
