Life
First, if you remember me as Debbie you are right. I changed my name to honor my Grandmother who was my wonderful hero.
I moved to San Diego in 1975. My immediate family all moved here as well. I had two boys, one is in the Navy stationed in San Diego and married to a wonderful girl. They have two of my 4 grandchildren. The other son is in the Air Force stationed in VA. He is married and has my other 2 grandkids. I could brag for days about them all. I'm a very proud Mom. I went back to school after the boys were grown. I was so insecure in high school and never thought I was smart enough to go to college. I guess I had to grow up to realize you just needed to study! I didn't stop until I got a Doctorate because I found out I love to learn.
I love to travel and have been to over 40 of our states and other parts of the world. I would to travel all the time, but hey, one must earn a living. Hope you are enjoying life as well. Peace.
