Debbie's Story
I was married in 1985. I attained my BS degree in Computer Science from Hofstra as a night student while working FT. I had a couple of COBOL programming jobs on Long Island after I graduated. Then I, my husband and daughter moved to Charlotte, NC in 1992. My son was born 1996. I started working at a major bank in Charlotte as a COBOL programmer in 1993. is a project design lead at an architectual firm in the city. She is married and has a son. My son graduated from the Citadel, on an ROTC scholarship, currently active duty, stationed in Georgia. Once he is a civilian, he will go to grad school to be a Physical Therapist. He is married to a woman who is currently in a Physicians Assistant grad school. We absolutely love Charlotte and we have never regretted moving. Bob's entire family moved to our neighborhood as welll as my parents and sister. Life is good!
