Debbie's Story
In 1990, I went to the Hiram G. Andrews Center in Johnstown, PA where I took courses in Accounting. I graduated from HGA in 1992 with an Associates Degree in Accounting. I stayed here because I thought it would have better employment opportunities then Lykens did, I was wrong most people will not hire you unless you have experience.
But I stayed and I met and married my husband Christopher in 1996. we met each other because we lived in the same
building. I was put on SSI because I have a fractured spine and other health problems ( on oxygen 18 hours a day, very bad back pain, pinched nerve in leg, high blood pressure and so on ). After we got married we moved to the first

live in(makes it easier to get in and out with my scooter that I use for long distances and if we are going to be walking all day long (I do not have to use my oxygen when on the scooter). In 1999, we got an all gray kitten from the Humane Society for Chris's birthday which is our little boy. We have been threw several operations through the years but we continue to fight our way back to better help. Chris has lost about 100 pounds,
I have lost about 16 pounds and need to lose a little bit more. Since graduation I have lost both of my parents and the whereabouts of my brothers and other family members. So if you know my brothers tell them to look me up and would
