Deborah's Story
Life
I live in Chelan, and am married to Craig we have been together for 25 years. We have 3 daughters, and 6 grandchildren! We enjoy having youth on our side to enjoy the grandkids too = ) I finished Kinman Business University in 1984, and moved to Escondido, California for 1 year--too big of a city for this small town girl! I moved back and worked as a checker/front-end manager at Red Apple Market for a 5 years and became employed with WSDA/USDA as an apple/pear/cherry/peach/apricot inspector, which is my current job. Our oldest daughter Arianna is married to Daniel and they have 3 children, Alex 7, Aniyah 5, and Benjamin 3 yrs.old. Daniel is stationed at Ft. Sill in Oklahoma, and has been deployed to Iraq for 1 year...Expand for more
, and Korea for 2 seperate years. Jessica is next and she lives in Wenatchee, where she attends Wenatchee Valley College in the nursing field. Shaleesha is the youngest, and she has Ava who is 5 years old, and Blake our miracle baby who is almost 4 years old.. Blake was the smallest baby ever born at Lake Chelan Comm. Hosp. that lived. His mommy was only 24 weeks pregnant. He weighed 1lb13oz and was 12.5 inches long! They Lifeflighted him to Deaconess in Spokane hours after he was born and he continues to grow and make it through the many challenges, but is a ray of sunshine in our lives! His baby brother is Elijah, who is 18 months. Have several health conditions, but life is good and challenges just give it spice!
