Hard to believe how quickly our years have gone by and look at us today! Life has been good; I have been a very lucky and fortunate young woman coming from such humbling beginnings and having the opportunities through out my life, family, and career for opportunities galore! I have met some wonderful new friends as I have journeyed down my road. I have always been one who made the extra effort to try to stay in touch with friends, family, and old schoolmates, even though my busy schedule has kept me hopping. I have been married for almost 39 years to my high school sweet heart; have two boys and three lovely grandchildren And no, I am not retired yet. Life has thrown me some punches and disappointments, but I put my boots back on, and kept on walking. All of you who have been so kind to share with me old pictures that you thought might be of interest to my siblings and me we are enjoying them so much! I really love hearing from so many of you and sharing some our good stories of our growing up years. I sometimes have trouble remembering names, but faces never escape me, hope that is a good thing! In 1958, my early years of grade school, I lived in Dayton,OH on Valley Street and attended first grade at Webster grade school. I do not remember much about that year except for a little classmate named Robert Saylor. For some reason he was fascinated with me and he was always chasing me around the playground and trying to kiss me! The teacher had to start holding him back when school let out so I could have time to leave the building before she let him go.
