Deborah's Story
Life
After graduation in 1969, my best friend Debbie Rollins and I headed for New Mexico where we worked for the summer as waitresses at a huge conference center. We then roomed together for a year at Cal Baptist in Riverside. She left for TN after our freshman year, and I left after my sophomore year. In 1971 I married a man I met while at Cal B and moved to his hometown of Chico, where I have lived ever since.

officially "adopted" son and another granddaughter.
In the 37 years we have been married, we have moved 12 times, and are currently managing an apartment complex in Chico while I also work as office manager for an investment adviser and do freelance bookkeeping in my "spare time."
I enjoy spending time with my local granddaughters, helping people, and wasting time on the Internet (writing bios that no one will ever read!) I also love going on road trips with my husband and taking in new parts of the world and sharing new experiences.
