Deborah's Story
Life
Lived throughout California &, briefly, in Colorado. Wasted 10 years at Pa Bell before escaping that spirit-slasher. A nightmare marriage to a man with substantial drug, alcohol, & anger issues ended, with glowing results. Remarried, moved to the SF bay area, served on the County's Human Rights Commission, co-founded a nonprofit (farmworker housing), wrote for a small progressive newspaper, & currently advocate for affordable housing & human rights, keep chickens, and do a bit of freelance writing. Family-wise, staying clear of the thieves and relishing my relationships with family and friends who value me as I do them.
