Deborah Braun:  

I've led a very blessed life with many opportunities that could never have been foreseen. I have a beautiful 41 year old daughter who is married and lives/works in the San Francisco area as an accomplished singer and actress of the live stage. As for my professional life, I attended Palomar JC while still a Junior and Senior at VHS, and then attended the University of San Diego with tons of accumulated credits. I've been a professional in the field of Human Resources and Nonprofit Management for over 40 years and have either started or assisted many start-ups in various cities throughout the United States. I also was blessed to have worked for a very respected Senior Congressman (now retired) who also served as the Chair of the Armed Services Committee. It was here that I began my Nonprofit career, working between his offices in San Diego and Washington D.C., for nearly five (5) years. Together, we touched the lives of an incredible number of returning Veterans who were either disabled or severely disabled, giving them an opportunity to work on government and private industry contracts that they otherwise would never have been exposed to.
