Deborah's Story
Aging Child - Awaiting a renaissance of wonder. Thrill seeker at heart (in hibernation for a decade, sigh).
Mother of one fascinating young man.
Aunt to 14 fabulous nieces and nephews. Sister to three crazy siblings. Sister-in-law to many good people. Daughter to genuinely decent parents.
Born in the Midwest. Father - 1st generation American Jew of Russian descent. Mother born and raised Catholic, converted to Judiasm. Stepfather - a real Mensch.
Studied on the left coast, starting at 16. Spent a decade in the sun before life shifting to the Old World to spend 20+ years as a Euroyank. Skied and flew (paraglider) the Alps and the Dolomites. Dove in Sardegna, Catalina, and Cancun. Jumped out of a plane over the Swiss Alps, bungied a few times, and spent five summers at Fiesta to party and run bulls in Spain.

Who I was and wish to be again: Interactive traveler with dreams yet to fill. Love exaggerated life, pondering politics, waxing philisophical, intellectual ping pong, alpine paragliding, skiing, scuba, walking, cycling, reading, sometimes writing, and the raging force of unquiet minds. Have skis, snorkel and paraglider - will travel. Value honesty, empathy, enthusiasm & gratitude. Enjoy all that is laughter, dreaming, or joy. Drawn to brainy people who have wild streaks, are incurably curious, and are not done growing up.
