Deborah's Story
Life-
is a blessing and I am grateful for all that I have. I keep busy helping my two children through this wonderful time in their life. My daughter Gabrielle who is a senior in high school and my son Jared 21 who is also a senior attending UMASS Amherst.I work very hard to make their lives better than mine was.
I've been working in the healthcare business for the last 18 years and got my real estate license a few years ago but when my husband got very ill I wasn't able to pursue that field. I will venture out again when the economy rebounds.
I attend AA meetings regularly and have been sober for 23 years. My life is peaceful and serene nowadays ...Expand for more
which wasn't the way during my time at Brockton High..way too much partying. I think the term was "burn-out" but I thought I was being "cool"! I don't have room in life for that kind of drama today!!
Checking in a few years later and reflecting on 11 years after my first profile post. Too much to mention in this small space. My life is still as incredible as it was way back then. I have super friends and family in my life and I am a very blessed person. My son married a terrific girl who 9 months ago made me a grandmother. 40 years after graduation I still feel like that 17 year old kid running around making the best out of life! Go Brockton!
