Deborah's Story

Much has changed since my last entry. Em graduated BHS 2016 and attended DCC for 3 semesters and decided it wasn't her cup of tea. She now works in retail (Express Clothing, Galleria Mall, Pok) and doing very well! I'm retired, lost my job when the practice closed and nobody wanted to hire a gray-haired older broad....their mistake! Having vision problems anyway, so driving is no longer ...Expand for more
possible as well as anything requiring fine detail.....It is what it is! Still loving life and enjoying every minute though. Since the reunion, my husband, Peter, died suddenly and life has taken on a whole new meaning. Emily is my whole focus now - she's a very active 8 year old in the Beacon City School System. I'm active in the PTO, Brownies, and all aspects of our Church community.

When Mom & I were discharged from St. Luke's, we couldn't go home to #24 as Dad was still painting, so we went to Myrtle Ma's house for a short time. This was taken on her porch - I was 7-10 days old, I think.
