Deborah's Story
I was employed with local government for the City of Wilmington, North Carolina for ten years and Berkeley County, West Virginia government for twenty-one years. I retired from local government in March, 2014 and have been working as an author since that time. I have participated as a featured author in the Martinsburg Book and Chocolate Faire in April, 2015, April 2016 and will be featured in April, 2017 in downtown Martinsburg, WV.
